How we built Arete Engineering a professional website that impressed others

Dave, Arete Engineering’s director slipped into my DMs on Valentine’s Day and asked for a new website (cheeky). After just 6 months in business, they had outgrown their DIY website and were ready to put on some big boy pants and look professional.

What we did

  • Customer and industry research to inform copywriting
  • Web design and development
  • Website performance optimisation
  • Basic SEO
  • Google analytics integration
  • Contact form integration

What we made

A single-page website that looks visually pleasing, clearly informs visitors what Arete Engineering is about, and why they should work with them.

This builds trust with prospects and gently persuades them to fill in a contact form or call them.

How it started…

How it’s going…

Loads fast and makes google happy.

No one likes a slow website, not even google. Time is precious, so we made sure things load fast. Keeping it 100!

Mobile friendly. Also makes google happy.

The site looks good regardless of screen size, making sure that potential customers can research for civil and structural engineering services even while on the toilet.

Words that clearly show Arete Engineering understands the pain they are going through and can help them.

We made sure the copy was focused on the customer – not on Arete. Because nobody cares about you, they only care about themselves.

A clear call to action that lets visitors know the next step to contact Dave or Ruben from Arete for a consultation.

Plus, correctly formatted contact links that directly open their email client, phone, and opens google maps.

Loved by Arete and others 🥹
